What can a person do to boost fitness? 


People have many different ideas of how they want to be fit, but you must make sure the workout includes both aerobic and resistance types. You will not be able to maintain long term unless this method has been chosen correctly.


• Aerobic training: As in cardio, aerobics means intense movement (walking or jogging for example) for periods lasting up to about one hour at a time. < br>

• Resistance training: This means a form of physical exercise that involves using weights to develop muscles. There are many different kinds, and all fit type workouts involve working out with weights and other machines.<br/>

• Making your own strength-training plans (investing in proper equipment) is crucial! Typically it costs more than simply buying the stuff at the store; however, when you start seeing results you will never look back.
